Vocation Funds

Fr. Georgen Seminary Burse.

Provides income to help the Diocese with the costs of educating men to the priesthood.

Mater Dei Institute.

Established by a donor, this fund provides support for the mission of Mater Dei.

Serra Club Endowment.

This endowment assists the Serra Club in its work of encouraging vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

Seminary Burses.

These funds provide income to assist in educating men to the priesthood.

Foundation Funds

Catholic Community Endowment.

This endowment fund provides income from which the Foundation Trustees make annual grants to various programs throughout the diocese: including human services programs, educational programs and capital projects.

Special Collection Funds

Campaign for Human Development.

Established by a donor in 1989, this endowment provides annual income which is added to money received through the Campaign for Human Development Collection in November, and is used to support projects which support a poverty group or attempt to correct the underlying causes of poverty.

Religious Retirement.

This fund was started by a donor. Income from the endowment is contributed to the Retirement Fund for Religious, a national collection.
