How to give to the Catholic Foundation:
Outright gifts
Gifts of cash, securities, or real property are welcomed by the Foundation.
Bequests
You may make a gift to the Foundation through your will. Bequests may be in cash or other property, may be for a specified amount or a percentage of your estate, or may be the remainder of your estate after all other bequests and obligations have been satisfied.
Insurance
You may make a gift to the Foundation by naming the Catholic Foundation as your life insurance beneficiary. Present values and future premiums may qualify for charitable deductions.
Charitable Gift Annuities
The Foundation offers gift annuities that provide you with income for life plus substantial tax savings.
Charitable Trusts
There are two types of charitable trusts that may be used to support the Foundation while providing income for life, plus tax deductions. Charitable remainder trusts provide an income stream for yourself or for someone you name with the remainder going to the Foundation. The charitable lead trust offers the opportunity to give to the Foundation a current income stream for a set number of years with the remainder returning to you or someone you name.
